Cancellation Policy: Cancellation up to 7 days before arrival: full refund. Cancellation between 7 days before and the day of arrival: 25% of the total amount is withheld. Cancellation on the day of arrival, or no-show: 50% of the total amount is withheld. This policy applies to direct bookings; bookings made through Booking.com or Airbnb are governed by the cancellation policy of the respective platform. Check-in / check-out policies. Arrival: 3:00 PM, Departure: 12:00 PM. *Guests may access the building from 10:00 AM to enjoy the common areas; the apartment is handed over at 3:00 PM. Guests may not stay after check-out. 1. PRICES 1.1 The published rate corresponds to the price per night per room for the number of people indicated. 1.2 The rate does not include the 19% Value Added Tax (IVA), which applies to tax residents of Colombia, in compliance with Decree 2646 of 2013. 1.3 The rate does NOT include laundry service or access to the jacuzzi and sauna, and does NOT include other experiences or other services not specified. 1.4 Late check-out is only possible subject to availability. If the guest has not checked out after 12 PM and has not previously informed reception of any circumstance preventing check-out, the price of the following night will be charged to the invoice as a penalty. 2. PETS Pets are not allowed. 3. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS 3.1 For the booking to be confirmed, 50% of the accommodation price must be paid in advance within 24 hours of making the booking. 4. CANCELLATION POLICY 4.1 Cancellation up to 7 days before the arrival date: full refund of the amount paid. 4.5 If an early departure is requested, 100% of the booking amount will be charged. 4.6 This cancellation policy applies to direct bookings. Bookings made through Booking.com or Airbnb are governed by the cancellation policies of the respective platform. 4.7 If a refund is requested, the financial costs generated by that transaction will be charged. 5. CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS 5.1 For safety reasons relating to the building's facilities, every child under 18 must be accompanied by their parents or a responsible adult who can legally prove their relationship to the minor. If the companion is a third party, they must present a letter signed by both parents of the minor authorizing them to accompany the child; if one of the parents is absent, supporting documentation must be attached. 5.2 In strict compliance with Article 17 of Law 679 of 2001 and Law 1336 of 2009 on the prevention of exploitation, pornography and sex tourism involving minors, any suspicious behavior in this area is rejected and reported. 6. ACCEPTANCE 7.1. THE CLIENT declares that they accept these general terms and conditions, and such acceptance is confirmed by any one of the following acts: a) Payment for the contracted services before the start of the provision of the services; b) Acceptance of the invoice for the contracted services, either directly by THE CLIENT or by any person dependent on or related to them, directly or indirectly; c) Use of any portion of the contracted services. 7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY We do not guarantee the availability or continuity of the services made available to the user (swimming pools, jacuzzi, sauna, elevators), and therefore we exclude any liability for damages and/or losses that may result from the lack of availability or continuity of our website and of the services offered through it. However, every effort will be made, as far as possible, to provide technical assistance to the affected user, and to restore the interrupted service as soon as possible or offer an alternative means. MISCELLANEOUS 8.1 In the event of loss of any decoration, remote control or item belonging to the apartment, a penalty will be charged at check-out. 8.2 Penalty for smoking in enclosed areas: Smoking is prohibited in all enclosed areas of the building, including the room and the apartment. Failure to comply with this policy results in a penalty of COP $300,000, which will be charged to your accommodation invoice. 9. USE OF SOUND EQUIPMENT: sound equipment must be used at a moderate volume without disturbing the peace of other guests, and its use is prohibited after 9 PM. Failure to comply with this clause may result in the immediate expulsion of the guest from the establishment without right to a refund or claim. The use of sound equipment at the swimming pools is not permitted. 9.1 Parking is free of charge; the designated parking areas must be used. 9.2 For any problem or complaint, we have a procedure for handling Petitions, Complaints, Claims and Requests (PQRS), under which any PQRS expressed verbally to the staff assigned to this function, or by written communication, will be addressed and answered. Response times are those set out in Law 1480 of 2011 (Consumer Statute) and Decree 1074 of 2015: responses must be provided within 15 business days following receipt of the claim, preferably in writing and specifying the reasons for the decision taken.
